We are seeking a personable and organized Client Travel Liaison to serve as a point of support for clients as they research, plan, and coordinate travel and other experiences.

This role is centered around customer service and relationship building. You'll communicate with clients to understand their needs, research available options, help coordinate reservations and details, and provide support throughout the planning process.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, administrative support, sales, event planning, or other client-facing roles can translate well to this position.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with clients and learn their individual needs and preferences
• Research travel, accommodations, cruises, resorts, activities, entertainment, and other experiences
• Present appropriate options based on client requests
• Assist with reservations and coordinating trip details
• Communicate important information, updates, and next steps
• Provide responsive customer service before and during scheduled travel
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up
• Complete training and stay informed about destinations, suppliers, and industry resources
