Client Relations Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Client Relations Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping make the planning process easier from start to finish.
This remote role focuses on building client relationships, researching solutions, coordinating details, and providing consistent follow-up. Depending on the client's needs, this may include travel, accommodations, entertainment, events, leisure experiences, and other reservation-based services.
Prior travel experience is not required. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable working with people and are willing to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Relations Coordinator, you'll help guide clients from their initial request through the planning and reservation process.
Responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with new and existing clients by phone, email, and online platforms
- Learning each client's preferences, priorities, and budget
- Researching options and identifying solutions that fit individual needs
- Coordinating reservations and important details
- Providing clear information and answering client questions
- Following up on inquiries and maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Keeping client information and communications organized
- Assisting with changes or additional requests when needed
- Developing knowledge of hospitality, travel, entertainment, and leisure services
- Participating in training and ongoing professional development
