We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals interested in learning the vacation planning industry. This opportunity combines research, customer service, organization, and communication while helping clients plan memorable travel experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Vacation Research & Planning Specialist, you'll work with travelers to understand what they're looking for and research options that match their preferences, needs, and budget.

Responsibilites:

  • Researching destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
  • Comparing travel options based on client preferences and budgets
  • Preparing vacation recommendations and itinerary options
  • Assisting with reservations and reviewing booking details for accuracy
  • Communicating with clients throughout the planning process
  • Providing information regarding destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences
  • Completing supplier and destination training to expand your travel knowledge

Training & Support

You won't be expected to know the travel industry on day one. Training is provided to help you learn destinations, suppliers, reservation systems, client communication, and the overall planning process.

You'll also have access to ongoing education, resources, and mentorship as you develop your skills and grow your knowledge of the industry.

Work Environment

This is a remote opportunity designed for individuals who are comfortable managing their time, communicating professionally with clients, and taking initiative. A reliable internet connection and access to a computer are required.
